get a haircut (I swear sadness clings to hair like cigarette smell on upholstery)
geyser my bullshit at my friends who consent to oversharing
assert boundaries (“The Power of A Positive No”!)
boring somatic body shit, like deep stretching
draw emo diary comics, like this one I feel just slightly embarrassed by:
